Where do you provide cleaning services?

W&C General Services Inc. is based in Billerica and serves Massachusetts. Share your city so travel requirements and availability can be confirmed before scheduling.

Can I discuss a recurring cleaning plan?

Yes. Tell us about your home, office, or condominium common areas and preferred frequency. The scope, schedule, and availability will be confirmed as part of your estimate.

Do you offer post-construction or move-out cleaning?

Yes. Post-construction, move-in, and move-out cleaning are part of our services. Describe the property, its condition, and your timing so the checklist and estimate can be tailored to the space.

What should I include in an estimate request?

Include the property type, city, approximate size, cleaning priorities, and preferred frequency. For carpet or upholstery, describe the material and any areas of concern.

Do you guarantee stain removal or disinfection?

No outcome can be guaranteed for every material or stain. Cleaning removes soil; sanitizing and disinfecting are separate processes. Any treatment must be suitable for the surface and agreed in advance.

Can I submit an estimate through this preview?

When online sending is available, the form can send your estimate request to W&C by email. Checking required fields does not send it. A confirmation appears only after the server accepts the request for delivery. You can also call the company number shown on the contact page.
